Jerry Van Eyck founded Emerald City Innovations in 2005 to pursue his passion for innovative product design and development. He has 33+ years experience in mechanical design and project management in medical, aerospace, industrial, and research market sectors.

As a Product Design & Development services company, we work in association with a seasoned group of consultants (including Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Industrial Design, and Quality/Regulatory) to develop your medical, aerospace, commercial, or industrial product – we deliver solutions for your product development challenges.

Services We Provide:

We can execute any one piece of your product development effort, or all the pieces – whether you need the entire project handled for a new product launch, just mechanical, ID, other design support, or perhaps production cost reductions – we can do that!

We offer mechanical & industrial design and program management, and can bring in associates to support your needs for electrical, software, mockup builds, functional prototyping, design documentation and Design History File generation, V & V or

qualification unit builds, and pilot production, product testing, and transfer to full production – either at your facility, or a contract manufacturer we help bring on-line.
